What is the typical lifespan of your LED fixtures? How about light decay?

Our LED products use high-quality chips and advanced thermal design, with a theoretical lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. Under normal conditions, this means you can use them for over 10 years. We strictly control light decay, ensuring a luminous flux maintenance rate of no less than 90% within 3 years, which is far superior to industry standards, guaranteeing long-lasting, bright illumination.

What is your typical production lead time?

Lead time depends on order complexity and quantity. Standard products usually take 15-25 working days, while customized products may take longer. We will provide an accurate delivery schedule when you place your order.

Can I get a sample before placing a large order? What is your sample policy?

Yes, we provide samples for quality evaluation. Samples are typically charged, but the fee can be credited towards your subsequent bulk order. Please contact our sales representatives for specific details.
